Position : ETLBusiness Analyst
The ETL BusinessAnalyst is responsible for working with the business and technical SMEs in datawarehousing, data discovery, data modeling, documentation and management ofdata and business systems requirements.
The analyst will be the responsible forserving as the liaison between the business team and the technical team intranslating complex business information needs to application software.
4-6 years of experience as a ETL Business Analyst, with the US healthcare client and Health IT projects
Work on various Clinical data sources including claims and EHR / EMR data
Create detailed data mapping documents for the product
Work on Data Ware Housing concept for ETL monitoring used for CDW / CPM to generate Clinical Quality Measuring Reports for the clients.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving DWH or further leveraging these systems
Support testing team build robust ETL test cases
Support product Production / support team and define scope for implementation project
Knowledge on Clinical data sources E.g. 837I, 837P, CCDA, QRDA, HL7, FHIR
Feed Analysis / Data discovery
Revenue cycle management
Technical Documentation and Feed Specification document
Knowledge of ETL and interface technologies is plus
Experience with defining test cases and test scripts
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms
Bachelor in Engineering or 4-year degree, graduate degree a plus
Must have knowledge of US healthcare
Knowledge about clinical quality measures is a plus
