TheFastTrackteamis looking formanagers tolead a team ofModernWorkplaceArchitects (MWAs) that specialize inhelpingenterprisecustomersdeploythe Microsoft 365 suitealigned bythreeModern Workplace solutionareas : (1)SecureRemoteWorktoimproveproductivity(2) SecurityandComplianceand(3)Modern Management.
In partnership with theMicrosoftfieldsales and services teams(STU,ATU,M&O,Services), this rolehelps customers transform theirbusiness and ITenvironments throughadoptionand usageof Microsoft 365.
The successful candidate willleadateam ofModernWorkplace Architectsandwork closely withenterprise customers toprovidetechnical deploymentguidance andbest practices,design their migration and upgrade plans, overcome hesitancy and delayandgaincommitmentfrom the customer to move forward with those plans.
They willthenensureFastTrack scale resourcesand Partnersdeliver thatplan with the customerand resolve any escalations or delays.
They will be the FastTrack point of contact for their assignedSalesAreacoordinatingFastTrack resources with the field, ensuring FastTrack readiness,and providing a central escalation point for their Area.
This role will be measured based onbuilding and leading an inclusivehigh performanceteam,cross team collaborationandachievingFY21adoption andrevenuetargetsofMicrosoft365services.
TheModernWorkplaceArchitectManagerwillalsochampion the vision and strategy forMicrosoft 365 andthe FastTrackCenterconsistently engaging with customers, partners and field personnel to ensureaccelerateddeployment, revenue growth and transformation.
This role requiresstrongleadershipand people management skills,strategic and critical thinkingas well astechnical expertise onMicrosoft 365 deployment and products.
Successful candidates mustbegreat people managerswith a demonstrated ability tobuild diverse and inclusive teams,generate positive energy,create clarity, deliver resultsanddemonstrate outstanding cross-group collaboration.
This role also requires experience in dealing with both technical and business seniorleaders, understandingprofessional services statements of work andwhat’sin and out of scope for the FastTrack Center.
