Description

To maximize loading of SR from our customer in order to achieve incremental market share growth

  • Collaborating with customer RF team for identifying their network gaps and mapping those against Indus sites
  • Proactive selling of sharable Indus sites
  • Driving projects to convert non-sharable sites to sharable kitty
  • To maintain a DSO of less than 30 days

  • Timely bill submission along with proper supporting documents to the customers
  • Regular follow-ups and collaboration with customer departments for expediting the bill payments
  • Collect clear (undisputed) amount
  • Timely validation from user departments on customer disputes
  • To achieve high level of Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensuring adherence to committed deadlines by pushing all internal stakeholders
  • Regularly meeting the customer and addressing their grievances
  • Being highly responsive and accessible to the customer
  • Taking all necessary steps to ensure accurate and transparent billing
  • To perform ISQ correction on the basis of customer observations

  • Getting the proposed changes validated and certified from user departments
  • To implement database correction through defined processes(NFA / WFM / DCM)
  • Ensuring the corrections have taken effect in ISQ
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job :

  • Graduate
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Knowledge Required

  • Developments in the Telecom landscape (2G, 3G)
  • Basic information about Telecom equipment (active and passive)
  • Skills / Competencies

  • Basic Accounting (CN, DN)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Entrepreneurial drive
  • Focus on relationship building
  • Positive approach, persistence and people's person
  • Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)

  • Account Management in a reputed organization for at least 2 years
  • Hiring Pool (industries, specific organizations from where targeted)

  • Telecom, Other IP, Insurance
