Duties :

1. Direct revenue responsibility - deal negotiations, closures & servicing

2. Quality of sales in terms of ideation, innovation, width (on air, online, PL) and premium pricing for the same

Areas of Responsibility :

  • Revenue : Independent responsibility for 35-50% of the office sales target
  • anaging existing client relationships and growing business on both existing brands & developing new brands within client portfolio
  • developing new clients
  • extensive internal collaboration with S&P, marketing, programming, traffic etc. to leverage network strengths to deliver revenue upside / higher yields via customized pitches
  • Sell online, marketing events and Promotional licensing in addition to traditional on-air sales
  • 2. Sales processes (internal / external) :

  • Updation of routine MIS & sales projections
  • Establishing and maintaining market relationships and CSR
  • Assisting finance with timely market collections
  • 3. Supervisory / Developmental :

  • Assist supervisor in defining office sales strategy and tactics
  • Guide and train junior resources / planners on day-to-day operations and client management
  • Qualifications : -

    Education : Post -graduation degree in management / media studies. Alternatively, 2 to 3 years of incremental work experience in lieu of post graduate -

    Prior Experience / Industry : Minimum 4-5 year's overall experience with Post Grad degree -

    Knowledge : Minimum 3 years of TV / Media sales experience in key markets
