Responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating service delivery projects from definition to taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, quality and requirements working with different stakeholders and providing the updates.
This Project Manager is responsible for managing customer facing projects to implement EMR&CM solutions at customer sites, as agreed in the customer contract and Statement of Work, to achieve customer-defined success criteria
You are responsible for
Confirming & using the project objectives and customer success criteria, formulates the project plan, in consultation with project team members and other stakeholders concerned on base of the customer contract
Collects inputs from project team members and sub-plans, such as integration plans, clinical consulting plans, etc., and integrates them into an overarching solution project plan
Planning, leading and tracking well defined, small projects; prescribed execution; focus on implementation and handover
Organizes the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes
Compliance of project management and solution delivery business processes, such as timewriting, continuous S&OP, etc.
Using various inputs, including input from project team members to define the risks of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks
Is responsible for driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R / H&S) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project
Communicates with and manages stakeholders
Ensure relevant reports (relating to progress, etc.) are produced
Ensure all issues are being managed and resolved in a timely manner
Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet its target(s) or constraints
Provide forecast for projects, for ensuring changes to the forecast are reported & flagged
Execute lessons learned meetings after project completions and convert those lessons into knowledge articles, training content or other actions of improvement
Responsible for the execution, progress and quality of the project

The role will require the person to work with internal team, R&D, Market Team, PMO, Training and Operations Team as needed.
The person will be also responsible for sharing all necessary details post meeting and following the same through all stakeholders.
This role will also require the status sharing through various tools and graphs
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
People from Healthcare background will be given preference
Minimum of 10+ years work experience and 5+ in Project Management
Proven experience in meeting commitments and / or serving a leadership role within project execution
Able to demonstrate strong written communication skills.
Good organization skills for high-paced environment
Hands on with Project Management methodology (PMP)
Hands on with Project Management tools i.e. Planner, MPP, WBS, Excel
Self-motivated and team player
Preferred skills :
Philips EMR Systems / Health Informatics; Technologies that currently drive DME markets and emerging technologies that will serve them in the future
People from Nursing, Pharma, Accountant or Hospital Administration will be given preference
Some experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design
