We are looking for :
A passionate, entrepreneurial, hands-on Director of Engineering to join the Darwinbox Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team ofengineers to drive innovation in user experience, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Darwinbox prides itself with best-in-class user experience that can win hearts of the end-usersand Director of Engineering for the UI team will have critical role to play here.
Skills Required : Eye for good UX, Architecture, UI Design, MVC & Other UI design concepts.
Technically hands-on, prior experience in building with large scale, front-end web applications. Candidate should be well-versed in architecture and design patterns for UI development.
Experience in managing team of up to 30 EM / Sr. Engineers / Engineers, and coaching mentoring while maintaining a hands-on role with code development.
Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers.
Experience with UI technologies : AngularJS, ReactJS, CSS / HTML 5.0, Redux etc.
Experience with high-performance backend application is a plus.
Experience in technologies like PHP, Nodejs and Cloud technologies is a plus.

Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Experience and ability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practice.
