About the role The Technical Business Analyst will work with Product Owners and Platform Lead to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities, and ultimately elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the BAU or project or program end to end, and other analysis activities such as testing, process mapping and change transition.
Working within the ANZ Delivery framework for the project, the Technical Business Analyst will communicate these requirements to key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the objectives and benefits.
The Technical Business Analyst will also be an expert in Agile delivery methodologies. In this role, you will; Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and display an understanding of project and program practices and governance.
Display knowledge of business analysis processes, demonstrate ability to document and communicate requirements effectively and provide input for the improvement of business analysis processes and performance.
Support the analysis of project and program risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability throughout the life of the project or program in accordance with established effective document management.
Participate in the continuous improvement of project and governance processes. Strong proven skill within the ServiceNow product suite.
Role Type Permanent, full-time opportunity Location New Zealand (any location) Hours Business hours with all types of flexibility available About you As a Technical Senior Business Analyst, to grow and be successful in this role, you will be / bring the following 5 years of business analysis experience and / or related technical experience.
Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow suite, and confidently details complex requirements in full and supports testing functions for technical solutions where required.
Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in elicitation techniques, competent in requirements gathering skills, and solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures.
Some solution design experience / knowledge. Experience in the Banking industry, specifically with regarding the banking regulatory impacts.
Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.
Confident multi-tasking across many deliverables at once, manage time well and confident raising / managing any issues that arise with all levels of stakeholders.
An excellent communicator with proven influencing, elicitation, and facilitation skills. Experienced with Agile behaviours and approaches.
