1.Need to attend to service calls from phone and other whatsapp groups of customers
2. Maintaining Record of all complaints, and assigning them to respective technicians
3. Keeping a record of all complaints, status of complaints, spares picked up, status of spares etc
4. Following up for AMC contracts for customers whose warranty period is over.
5. Daily Reports for Complaints, done, pending, the amount collected etc
6. Planning for next day schedule of services before day end and assigning the task to respective technicians
7. Need to know English, Hindi & Telugu to communicate to all clients easily
8.Job location Somajiguda Hyderabad.
