Roles & Responsibilities :


Support the reporting and analytics lead in Sales / CRM to deliver tactical and strategic intelligence capabilities

Design and automate dashboards for Senior Management that would facilitate informed decision making

Develop and produce operations performance reports and management reports summarizing key performance indicators, using tools such as QlikSense, Business Objects, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Perform moderately complex technical tasks such as running code and creating reports, using tools such as Excel, Access, VBA or Business Objects

Assemble, compile, and analyze data; assess data quality and resolve data issues

Effectively communicate operational and analytical results to management, summarize and interpret data and findings

Support technology projects specifically related to operations data and reporting

Solves in-depth business problems and completes analysis, is able to identify the root cause of issues and provide solutions

Support sales teams by developing subject matter expertise around our client’s research consumption requirements

Build a complete understanding of the MIFID data architecture relating to consumption, invoicing and client reference data

To drive end-to-end client related processes arising out of platform entitlements, consumption data aggregators, broker votes, invoicing, revenue allocations, etc.

Liaise with stakeholders in research entitlements, reporting, client services, invoicing, data aggregator groups, etc. to manage client relationships

Work with other partners including business management, finance, technology and middle office to drive change management initiatives

Reviewing and amending client interaction data. Building and scrubbing data sets for analysis, review and invoicing of clients

Running revenue allocation analyses based on prior consumption behavior

Qualifications and Skill set :

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

4-6 Experience in QlikSense / Qlik View / SAP Business Object / SharePoint / PowerPoint / Advance excel / VBA

4-6 years of MIS and data analysis experience in the financial services industry or equivalent experience

Experience with financial reporting preferred

Able to spend large amounts of time pulling, handling and analyzing granular data

Strong communication skills, able to translate technical data into effective business presentations and answer questions about data and results

Demonstrated ability to work as team player and to develop alternative solutions to complex problems

Detail oriented with strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Willingness to work in shifts

Knowledge of the cash equities business a plus
