Subject matter expert in project change and communication management
Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (e.g. SAP ERP deployments, offshoring and outsourcing)
Deliver and lead the Change Management process.
Develop, implement, and execute change and communications strategies
Review all changes for effectiveness and efficiency (after completion)
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress .
Identify improvement opportunities and drive ongoing improvement programs related to Change Management.
Integrate and monitor change management activities into project plans .
Conduct needs analysis to understand resistance areas and resilience gaps, resulting in strategies and programs that increase change adoption, increase employee engagement, and reduce attrition
Possess solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
To own documentation of process flow of activities & streamlining the same

Qualification Education : BE or MS degree in related technical field or the equivalent experience, MBA is preferred. Preferred Change management certification (For example CCMP, Prosci, ITIL change management .
etc)Experience : 5 - 7 Years of experience in PMO / Change Management
