Primary Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert in project change and communication management
  • Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (e.g. SAP ERP deployments, offshoring and outsourcing)
  • Deliver and lead the Change Management process.
  • Develop, implement, and execute change and communications strategies
  • Review all changes for effectiveness and efficiency (after completion)
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress .
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive ongoing improvement programs related to Change Management.
  • Integrate and monitor change management activities into project plans .
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand resistance areas and resilience gaps, resulting in strategies and programs that increase change adoption, increase employee engagement, and reduce attrition
  • Possess solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
  • Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • To own documentation of process flow of activities & streamlining the same
  • Process flow chart
  • RASCI
  • Qualification Education : BE or MS degree in related technical field or the equivalent experience, MBA is preferred. Preferred Change management certification (For example CCMP, Prosci, ITIL change management .

  • etc)Experience : 5 - 7 Years of experience in PMO / Change Management
