Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of

accuracy, Knowledge of business structure, Stakeholder analysis,

Requirements engineering, Costs benefit analysis, Processes

modeling

Good to have experience on Cloud implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

ï'· Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business

requirements.

ï'· Document business process problems and gaps.

ï'· Integrate process, data, and systems from acquired businesses into tools and

processes.

ï'· Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and

development of the applications.

ï'· Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet the

business requirements and solve business process problems.

ï'· Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce primarily and

possibly other internal business applications.

ï'· Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the

business requirements.

Technical Skills :

Non-Technical Skills : MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, PPT Presentations
