Motivator is looking for a passionate, energetic individual to take complete charge of the Digital business for the given set of clients and ensure adoption of Digital as a key marketing / advertising medium for the brand.

This person should have a proven track record in deploying strategies to drive business and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and the shifting ecosystem.

  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In three months :

  • Working with all constituents of performance eco-system under one single roof
  • Exposure to cutting edge technologies on performance.
  • Global practices on programmatic buying and trading.
  • In six months :

  • Learnt about effectively pitching 360 performance / programmatic products to clients;
  • Ability to work with a diverse team of media buyers and planners across 360-degree media and beyond
  • Get proficient with latest trading techniques and deals by managing largest portfolio publishers and channel partners
  • In twelve months :

  • Emerged as a coveted champion and go-to person on performance marketing solutions.
  • Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts.

  • Responsibilities of the role :

  • Responsible for driving top-line growth for performance-based clients.
  • Develop an SEM (search engine marketing) and Paid Social strategy for the clients / pitches. Working knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage Develop a holistic performance strategy for the clients / pitches.
  • Understand client objectives, category / competitive trends for various product categories
  • Develop and strike partnership deals with key publishers and large affiliates
  • Ability to steer client review meetings on a regular basis

  • What you'll bring :

  • Ability to manage large teams on SEM for effective optimization of the campaigns.
  • Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website and tracking and associated technologies
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills, specifically relating to performance data and metrics
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry, trends, technologies (DMP, DSP, SSP etc.) and pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI et al)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Abreast with the latest technology that will affect digital advertising
  • Worked closely with publisher partners to elevate industry standards in-line with client needs.
  • Exposure to affiliate and programmatic technologies
  • People handling skills
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Any Graduate / PG (PG preferred)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience ideally in an agency or client
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
