Job Title : Sales Manager

Job level : Contract

Report To : Regional Manager

Description :

DuPont Shelter is looking to strengthen its business & built a strong presence by penetrating into new territories and channel.

The candidate will work closely with Region leader to drive growth projects of respective LOB by prioritizing & focusing on speed & delivering result

The candidate will drive Shelter business development that will provide growth respective LOB

Responsibilities :

  • Demand Generation through specifications from Interior designers and architects.
  • Managing Key accounts Builders, End customer / clients, Project Managers towards building a sustainable business within the territory.
  • Building a strong and high-quality network of contractors / fabricators to service the demand.
  • Manage Distributors & Retailers and constantly motivate them to deliver budgeted results.
  • Qualifications :

    1. Bachelors degree or above,

    2. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in managing Architects & Designers and Channel Sales

    3. Good business acumen and marketing knowledge / skills to translate market opportunities into business results.

    4. Demonstrated record in driving execution and delivering on the business commitments.

    5. Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in written Willing to travel frequently in the region.
