You are responsible for :
Design and develop Test scenarios and cases
Test execution and reporting
Defect submission and ownership
Develop automation suites for product requirements and story level (Functional and Nonfunctional)
Develop Automation Suites using the defined framework
Should be able to own the integration of identified automation tools / Plug-ins
Interact with relevant stakeholders to understand the tests to be automated
Interact with team and architects to perform design and code reviews of the automation tests
Foresee automation risk analysis and mitigation
Keep abreast of technical developments in the area of software test automation and introduce the same to the program as and when required
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
5 7 years of relevant experience
B.E in Computer Science / Software Engineering
Experience in Healthcare Company would be preferred
Good Understanding of Test Design methodologies and E2E Testing view.
Experience in designing, developing and using various Automation Framework like hybrid, data driven, key word driven etc.
Experience on various automated tools like Selenium, SeeTest etc.
Basic knowledge in Java / Python
Experience in automating various application types like Web, Web service and API Testing
Experience in reporting formats like HTML, XML etc.
Test automation estimation, requirements understanding, risk escalation
Hands on experience in distributed testing / Non Functional testing.
Exposure to Agile, Test Management tool like TFS will be added advantage
Strong Investigation, Analytical and Problem Solving skills (preferred)
Communication skills : excellent oral and written skills
Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work in a global team setting with minimal supervision
Highly productive and flexible to take additional responsibilities.
