Role : Senior Game Narrative Designer
As a Senior narrative game designer, you will lead the design and development of the narrative experience from original prototypes through final design.
You will lead the process of ideating and crafting a game’s story, missions, scenario content, building story arcs, contributing to making the gameplay experience and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality game and simulation products for global audiences.
Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with product teams including clients and SMR’s to understand the business domain and lead the product ideation process
Lead and support the product research, design and prepare UX wireframe / document to ideate and present it to stakeholders
Partner with teams to conceptualize and design a Genre of Games products (e.g. Business Games, Games based on Economic models, Narrative driven games)
Develop game story content, storyboards, narrative situations, scenarios content, game flow, mission, story arcs and players / User experience in the story
Partner with Project manager, Game engine development and Visual Design team to implement product features, particularly for integrating narrative elements with the game system mechanics.
Prepare UAT documents and participate in organizing and reviewing feedback / insights
Provide support to develop Go to market materials and customer presentations

Education Background :
Graduate / master’s in journalism, Instructional System design, Psychology, Economics and or Human-Computer-Interaction
Minimum Experience : 12-16 Years
Essential Skills Requirements
Proven Experience in Designing Business / Serious Games (e.g. Domains- Cybersecurity / Supply Chain / Soft skills, D&I / Strategy & Transformation / Sustainability / Energy / Health Sciences etc.
Expertise in designing Interactive Story Experiences with multi-layered branching scenarios with multiple outcomes based on decision points
Strong Business process Acumen, good understanding of economic models / systems and ability to absorb domain specific knowledge
Experience in applying learner / player Psychology and user behaviour reference models and Gamification frameworks to develop highly engaging experiences.
Experience with designing Gameplay metrics and KPI for data Analytics.
Proven experience in designing Industrial scale Learning / Education / New Media / Accessibility systems or Products.
Capability to lead cross discipline prototyping and ideation sessions
Passionate about Immersive Technologies, Game Design, Multisensory Content Experience design
Ability to adapt and work in a highly Agile Product development environment.
Strong Team player with ability to hold opposable ideas while focusing on optimum user experience and Product vision.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Is passionate, result-oriented and a strong conceptual thinker
Work with teams to create engaging learning solutions
Adobe XD, MS-Office.
Fundamental knowledge and exposure to technologies such as VR / AR / Game Engines
