Assists the Workplace Experience leadership team with invoice processing, expense reporting.Conduct inventory audits including F&B, Housekeeping, Swag, and other relevant Workplace experience supplies.
Observe the way both Atlassian staff and Atlassian processes work so you can anticipate future needs and propose improvements.
Assist in creating relevant communications with vendor partners and internal teams.Be willing and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment On your first day, we'll expect you to have : 5-8 years of experience in Office administration and facilities operationsAbility to solve problems in standard situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.Demonstrable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adequate financial knowledge / capability and basic analytical skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and dynamic work culture.
