We are looking for a client servicing Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The main role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
  • Responsible for all destination-marketing activities for one or more destinations (depending on size and scope of work).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings
  • Making weekly market development calls to potential clients.
  • Negotiate the deal and close the proposal.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
  • Talk to other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests
  • Organizing, coordinating and delivering clients requirement.
  • Collecting / Producing content from clients for display as per their requirement.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
