Job description
DTIT Process & Methods Group is responsible for IT Process Framework, Quality and Robustness.
It covers both the formalization and definition part as well as the support of the execution in full DTIT organization. Process & Methods Group is spread over several sites.
Preferred location for this position is Rousset or Greater Noida. The main activities in the job are :
Management of DTIT QMS and its continuous improvement
Contribution in Internal audits (QMS / IATF)
Support / Coaching to DTIT on various subjects : Robustness, Change Management, Release to production, Software Development, Service Management etc.
Increase Problem-Prevention’ and Problem-Solving’ techniques awareness of DTIT teams for greater Mission Critical operational results
Participate in the evolutions and continuous improvement of the DTIT Process framework
Contribution to IT projects as team-member or work-package leader for process or robustness related activities
Lead or contribute to Operational task forces or workgroups related to process, quality and robustness
Profile
It is key to have a solid background of operations, methodologies and practice in leading transversal activities :
Strong understanding of IT Operations, ideally with operational background
Process driven mindset, good understanding of quality and robustness goals and constraints
Solid understanding of current DTIT way of working, challenges and capability to move toward greater Robustness & Quality efficiencies
Knowledge and understanding of frameworks and Methodologies (ITIL, IATF, Agile, DevOps etc.)
Ability to solve problems and results oriented, based on proven practices of Problem Management methodologies (e.g. 8D, RCA, A3)
Risk management, FMEA practice
Leadership and autonomy in line with new ST leadership model, ability to drive a taskforce or workgroup towards a given goal, including the ability to coach and to negotiate with a constructive approach and Lean mindset
Ability to learn quickly in unknown areas and navigate in changing / transformation environment
Effective communication and good synthesis capacities
Enjoying teamwork and good network
