Project Manager Req I D ORI 14331-1 Rate DOE Primary Skills DMAIC / Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, SIPOCs, Process Flows, RACIs, and SLAs Description Collaborate with Tax & Treasury stakeholders to transform business processes in the areas of Corporate Tax Planning, Income Tax, Non-Income Based Tax, Tax Audit and Treasury.
Develop businesses processes using industry best practices such as DMAIC, SIPOCs, Process Flows, RACIs, and SLAs. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve them by partnering closely with Business SMEs.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure broader support for Tax and Treasury processes. Ability to structure a large amount of data in a Process framework.
Develop effective means to govern operational processes. Define and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Assess the use of new and emerging technologies such as Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics to create business value.
Align with prevailing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to implement Business outcomes. Align with Oracle's Security processes and support securing Global Information Security (GIS) approval for systems initiatives.
Required Skills / Qualifications 10 years of Business Process development experience in a large enterprise organization using DMAIC / Lean Six Sigma best practices.
Lean Greenbelt Certification and / or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Expert knowledge of process mapping tools and ability to create L1, L2, L3 process maps.
Experience with Data Analytics Tools to collect & analyze data and capture insights. Ability to facilitate brainstorming discussions, gather and document inputs from subject matter experts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with senior executive engagement. Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with one or more RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies is highly desirable. Understanding of project management methodologies and experience of working on process improvement projects.
Significant information technology work experience. BA / BS in Finance, MIS or Computer Science preferred. MS / MBA is plus.
