Reporting of physical records storage metrics.Performing physical audit of the vendor warehouses.Distributing and responding to Hold Notices for respective GU as instructed by global Records and Information Management Retention and Disposition of physical records.
Plans and manages the disposition processes according to global guidelines, retaining all pertinent documentation.Managing the expense matrix, determining and forecasting of the project budget.
Serve as key contact with offsite storage vendor(s) for secure transaction processing.Manages Records and Information offsite storage invoicing process, from raising Purchase Orders through invoice monitoring and payment.
Identifies key local issues across respective GU and provides strategic feedback to global Records and Information Management.
Reviewing and renewing contracts with offsite storage vendors in respective GU (working closely with Procurement).
