Responsibilities- 1.Work with the Solutions Architect and / or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution.
Involves application configuration and development. ,2. Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase.
3. Assist with the installation of ClickSoftware products ,4. Assist customer with fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization algorithms to meet customer’s business objectives.
5. Assist customer or third party integrator to develop interfaces to our products’ APIs. ,6. Provide on-site support to customer during the testing and go-
live phases to ensure a successful deployment. ,7.Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan,8.
Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Technical and Professional Requirements- 1. Experience in any work force management tool preferably ClickSchedule,2. Experience in working with VB.
NET / ASP.NET, C#, CLOUD,WCF or Silverlight or WPF, HTML5, Jquery ,3. Experience with Oracle and MS SQL-Server ,4. Experience with development of Web-
based business applications, using XML, ASP, and VBScript (preferable) ,5. Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-
on' implementation modes in the delivery of ClickSoftware solutions. ,6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
