Role : Regional Sales Head & Business Development

Experience : 5 Years to 7 Years

Job location : Bangalore & Pune

  • Purpose Responsible for directing all sales and Business Development activities within the Bangalore region and ensuring the company's sales grow year on year;
  • playing a key role in the region's bottom line

    Reporting to Head of India Geo BD

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Devising and implementing the region's sales strategy.
  • Participating in setting revenue targets for the region and setting key performance indicators for his / her team accordingly.
  • Working on creating new opportunities in existing account and driving new business in new accounts.
  • Meeting with the sales leaders monthly to assess company performance against KPI's.
  • Presenting sales results on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Implementing sales strategies and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate.
  • Overseeing performance management of sales staff.
  • Working closely with the various department heads to secure large accounts.
  • Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
  • Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality.
  • Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process for the region.
  • Implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the department.
  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities within the purview of the region.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
  • Key Performance Indicators :

  • Sales and profitability figures
  • actual Vs Targets New customers garnered Account Management
  • Account mining and account farming Profitability of won projects Win loss analysis
  • Education : BE / B.Tech- and MBA- (Candidates from premium Business School or IIT's would be highly preferred) Interested candidates may send resume to abhishek.
