Razorpay Capital is a platform for the lending products that Razorpay is building. The first product on the Capital platform is Early Settlement, which became the fastest adopted product on a self pilot mode.
A plethora of businesses have used the product since its launch. Other Products We have a bunch of products which would be coming in the next 3-4 months.
These include the likes of Loan Service Providers, Short term and long term working capital loans, cash flow based loans.
Razorpay is partnering with key players to ideate and innovate in an industry which is very traditional by nature. There has been a consistent demand on our base of businesses to be able to provide them the right capital access.
Roles and Responsibilities Liaise with different sales teams to identify the potential segments or cohorts of the businesses and create and drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) for all the Credit Products of Razorpay Capital Researching the market, primary players, customers, etc.
and building comprehensive value proposition, target customer segments, and GTM playbooks for consumption in Capital team Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services Cross-Selling and Upselling Lending Products to the existing client base Tracking key business metrics and build lead generation and customer acquisition strategy for Cash Flow and Working Capital products for industry sectors Work across functions including product, sales, customer success, and analytics, to drive product roadmaps, strategy and execution Enable and train the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams in positioning Razorpay Capital products.
Own and drive creation of collaterals, content, and demos for Razorpay Capital products Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or a related field of study.
MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred. 5 years of work experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; understanding of the fintech space Proven ability to develop creative solutions for ambiguously defined problems Track record of rolling out successful large scale marketing campaigns Experience in Fintech or Lending is a plus
