Required Skills / Experience :
BE / MCA with 5-7 years of software development / sustaining experience in Java / J2EE technology
Experience in developing / maintaining applications across different tiers - Web UI, business logic, persistence, integrations / connectivity
Having experience in JSF, Ext-JS, AJAX, JavaBeans, Bean Shell and other J2EE technologies / framework
Having experience with Databases (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, Sybase, etc.)
Knowledge of Web Service architecture REST, SOAP, SAML, SPML, etc.
Knowledge of application servers - Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic, WebSphere
Good written and verbal communications skills - Experience directly interacting with customers / support team and work under pressure for extended periods to manage escalations
Should have good analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills
Flexible to adjust working schedule when necessary to communicate and work with SailPoint US team / Services / Support or even customers
Nice to have knowledge and experience :
Knowledge of Identity Management solutions / domain
Experience working in Product-based organizations
Familiarity working with security applications and experience on supporting / deploying a product will be helpful
Good to have knowledge of cloud based applications, e.g., salesforce, workday, servicenow, etc.
Good to have knowledge of Unix based systems (AIX, Solaris, Linux, etc.)
