Job Description Create new client relationships especially in private wealth segment, charitable trusts, SEBI certified financial advisors, corporate treasuries etc.

  • Also, servicing the existing relationships (calling and meeting) and strengthening the relationships. Harvesting money making opportunities in primary &
  • secondary market Do the documentations like preparing term sheets, information memorandum, stock sheet, deal slips &
  • other documents whenever needed. Multitasking On certain days he / she would have to handle the primary issue bidding while simultaneously handling / assisting daily tasks.

  • Maintain various databases like historical secondary trades, primary issue calendar, cash flows, deals etc. Good communication &
  • writing skills is a must as he / she has to engage clients almost on a daily basis and have to meet them regularly. Should be aware of all the products in fixed income &
