Are you driven by results and having a strong impact on the business Do you want to be part of a companywide initiative to accelerate account based marketing at scale Autodesk has expanded our named account groups to include a targeted list of Strategic Territory accounts in several regions globally The intention is expanding this account tier significantly over the next two years as part of our overall Account Based Sales & Marketing ABSM initiative

Autodesk is currently hiring Programmatic ABSM Marketing Managers who are responsible for the collaboration with sales teams who manage a portfolio of accounts, and to ensure the thematic campaigns that target these accounts are prioritized for maximum return.

The Programmatic ABSM Marketing Managers also ensure that their sales reps and relevant channel partners have what they need to participate in the demand generation through the targeted thematic campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Primary liaison with Strategic Territory sales representatives and their sales manager for a targeted portfolio of accounts
  • Drive account specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies to prioritize thematic campaigns to clusters of accounts within the target account portfolio
  • Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate and prioritize marketing campaigns and associated sales cadence activities to support the thematic campaigns
  • Collaborate with an ABSM Practice Manager who is responsible for the execution and optimization of the prioritized programmatic campaigns, and ensure alignment about the analysis of the campaign reporting
  • Interface with Partner Marketing Managers to ensure that relevant channel partners have appropriate toolkits to amplify the thematic campaigns to segmentations of accounts
  • Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right programmatic campaigns based on an understanding of the segmentations of accounts within your account portfolio and the right personas to engage in those campaigns
  • Create quarterly marketing plans and allocate budget to ABSM Practice team for deployment
  • Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of accounts within your portfolio and action plans for additional account insights or contact data quality
  • Minimum Qualification

  • 5+ years B2B demand generation / field marketing experience with proven account based marketing specific knowledge and skills, as well as sales interface
  • 10+ years of Overall marketing experience
  • MBA Preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, Adobe Audience Manager, Outreach, etc
  • Estimated 10% travel required
