growing startup. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be directly involved in shaping our team and laying the platform for our future growth.
You will own the entire Talent Acquisition process from finding great talent, owning the interview process and coordinating all meetings to identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of our hiring processes and improve our employer brand and candidate experience.
Help recruit great talent through networking and active candidate sourcing.
Manage all channels for job listings (LinkedIn, AngelList, etc).
Work with executive team to schedule interviews and manage feedback.
Manage new employee onboarding; create and maintain onboarding materials.
Generate / track key metrics around new employee experience.
Check-in frequently with new hires over a period of three months.
Assist employees in answering HR and benefits-related questions.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience, since you touch most aspects of the talent acquisition process.
Experience running the entire hiring process end-to-end.
Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
Proven ability to hire technical and non-technical roles, from junior to senior executives.
Experience working with external recruitment agencies.
