The Role Responsibilities
Understand the requirements, prepare test cases and scripts on Change Requests / Bug fixes / Projects related to Servicenow application.
Works closely with ITO and stakeholders to assess the nature of changes and metrics
Well versed with Servicenow, HRMS system and its functionalities
Ability to support Data configuration in PeopleSoft to ensure smooth testing is carried out.
Capture defects in QC / JIRA / PPM for effective reporting mechanism.
Collaborate with other functions (eg ITO, GPS units, etc) to develop end to end solutions which supports a positive user experience
People and Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct across the function
Promote an environment of performance, collaboration and compliance, to ensure issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timely manner
Strong sense of quality and willingness to raise red flags when outcomes are likely to be compromised by poor technology delivery
Manages own project portfolio as appropriate : Quality Analysis / checks : Perform quality checks on the requirements / process impacts Vendors : Help engage and manage external vendors, as required Testing : Lead and sign off testing, ensuring that all testing is conducted and documented according to the agreed upon standards and the designed and delivered solution meets stakeholder requirements and delivers the sought after business results
