Aboutthe role : Core objective of this role is to supportthe Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of theDivision theyrepresent.
Develop further asprofessional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and sellingtechniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledgein medical device industry (BSC andcompetitors).
Visit customers and / or potentialcustomers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis topromote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly andyearly sales targets, as agreed with theManager.
Manage existing and acquire newcustomers in the assigned territory under general supervision ofthe Manager.
With limited instructions ofManager, plan and develop the market for our existing and newproducts according with divisional goals and objectives, throughexecution, while optimize available tools (consignment,etc).
Provide ongoing technical training andsupport to customers directly in thecathlabs
Cultivate wide range of businessrelationships with hospital management, purchasing department andhospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferencesand exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific productsand services.
Analyze and report to the Managerand / or others (monthly & year basis) the market and businessfeedback by using all available supporttools.
