The recruitment Lead is responsible for managing engagements across all phases of the leadership search process. This role is responsible for establishing relationships and interacting with the candidates and clients.
Building and maintaining a superior relationship through qualitative client engagements
Ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements at the time of assignment
Mentoring the team on executive search processes and superior candidate engagements
Proactively designing and executing required learning activities within the team
Designing the search strategies and ensuring the exemplary implementation of the same
Role sell, compensation negotiations, counseling, reference checking of the candidates
Ensuring effective and smooth coordination between a client and a candidate across an interview process
Who will qualify?
Preferably an engineer by qualification but a recruiter by heart
High on experience in all the above responsibilities
Proven track of excellent and consistent performances
High on integrity and someone who follows ethics beyond anything in life
Superior command over language and the thought process
An action bias team player, highly proactive, and a quick decision-maker
A detail-oriented, curious soul, and thinks beyond traditional methodologies to reach to most innovative solutions.
