We are looking for an experienced, Senior Analyst, Center of Excellence for Testing, reporting to our Assistant Manager / Manager, Center of Excellence for Testing .

As a member of the Center of Excellence for Testing Team, you will be responsible for providing compliance oversight and assessing the overall effectiveness of a Business's compliance practices and protocols.
You will be testing the Business Unit’s (BU) execution of controls against required or expected procedures and highlighting any non-
conformance if any. You will help BUs to identify if controls placed to mitigate key risks are rendering the expected results, identify opportunities for improvement
Gain an understanding of the BU key risks and respective controls put in place to help mitigate these risks
Conduct 20-30 compliance tests independently in a month including fieldwork, work paper documentation, reporting and communicating results verbally and in writing to the BUs
Identify non-conformance of BUs to institutionalize controls, opportunities for automation, process re-design, improvement etc.
Quality / Accuracy of compliance testing
Timely completion of testing and work documentation
Ability to identify gaps in the controls, process improvement ideas
2+ years in a testing role or equivalent
Strong logical, analytical and creative thinking
Proven ability to collaborate with BU departments / stakeholders and ability to get results
Good oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate to the senior executive level
