Inthese roles you will be responsiblefor :

  • Performing outbound callsto insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding AccountsReceivables.
  • Responding to customer requests byphone and / or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction and toassure that service standards are met
  • Analyzingmedical insurance claims for qualityassurance
  • Resolving moderately routinequestions following pre-establishedguidelines
  • Performing routine research oncustomer inquiries.
  • Developing and maintaininga solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry andof all products, services and processes performed by theteam
  • Identify the outstanding claims withpayers through the reports fromclients
  • Place calls with payers withregard to outstanding claims
  • Document thedetails of the calls made to payers in DBPMS and the clientsoftware
  • Coordinate with the team leader infollowing theprocesses
  • Requirements for thisrole include :

  • Ability to workregularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17 : 30pm to 3 : 30amIST.
  • University degree or equivalent thatrequired 3+ years of formal studies of the Englishlanguage.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using acomputer with Windows PC applications that required you to use akeyboard, navigate screens, and learn new softwaretools.
  • 6+ months of experience in aservice-oriented role where you had to correspond in writing orover the phone with customers who spokeEnglish.
  • 6+ months of experience in aservice-oriented role where you had to apply business rules tovarying fact situations and make appropriatedecisions
  • In these roles you willbe responsiblefor :
