  • Executive presence and ability to get along with senior (B3+) partners
  • Deep understanding of G and the organization structure
  • Independently complete Resource Enablement Processes, including Deriving Resourcing Mix, Deployment, Reporting, Tracking etc.
  • Have ability to build positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Proficient in Ms Office skills especially in Ms Excel
  • Understanding of Utilization and financial metric concepts and their application
  • A high level of attention to detail, who is a highly organized self-starter
  • Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Good understanding of Staffing and resource deployment life cycle
