Note :

Final Designation / Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings.

Job Description : -

  • Facility Management :
  • 1. Knowledge of all technical equipment’s and should have experience in handling AC, UPS, Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Attendance System, EPBAX system etc.

    2. Check the daily reading of Electricity, Chiller & Diesel Generator and tally bill every month with tracking details.

    3. Maintain and tracking AMC vendors.

    4. Make preventive maintenance schedule as per AMC Schedule and follow up with Vendor

    5. Taking care of quarterly, yearly budget provision of maintenance and repairing of office equipment’s. Preparing the monthly provisions

    6. Work on cost saving aspects

    7. Office equipment’s repairing, provision, ordering, asset tagging

    8. Taking care of office carpentry, plumbing, electrical activities

  • Soft Service Management :
  • 1. Basic knowledge of soft services

    2. Dealing with courier companies for reception and shipments of parcels

    4. Stationery Management

    5. Allotment of Drawer Keys and keeping inventory track of the same

    6. Handling Housekeeping and Security Services

    7. Handling Mediclaim and Life Insurance

    8. Handling events and birthday parties

    9. Working in collaboration with the other departments

    10. Bills Checking

    11. Knowledge of MS Office

    12. Handling Pest Control maintenance services

    13. Handling Parking Area

    14. Game Library

    15. Occasional other tasks according to the company needs

  • Travel Management :
  • 1.Co-ordinate with traveler for filling up visa form

    2.Euro & Travel Cards

    3.Forex Currency Orders and Reports

    4.Taking care of Cab bookings

    5.Flight Bookings for Domestic and International Travels

    Job Requirements : -

  • Graduate from any faculty - Good academic record
  • Preferable experience in handling similar tasks for at least 4 to 5 years
  • Highly motivated and committed to the company
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to perform quality work with a high attention to details
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Open for feedback, flexible and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
