Responsibilities :

  • Consulting with Project managers to discover staff and project requirements and specific job objectives
  • Liaise with external vendors / agents and ensure we have sufficient pool of candidates with specialised skills and qualifications suitable for offshore jobs
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Project Managers / Engineers & Labour Team to conduct interviews and check fitment
  • Ensure agents carry out various screening methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
  • Coordinate with Project Managers / Project Engineers / Labour Teams to forecast project goals and hiring needs
  • Ensure all documents relevant to each individual or selected candidate is checked accurately and kept ready in advance to avoid any kind of delay before mobilization
  • Liaise with embassies and consulates to get information on visa requirements specific to different nationalities
  • Attend kick off meetings and create action plans in readiness for upcoming mobilizations
  • Requirements :

  • Proven work experience of 5 years as a Technical Recruiter or Labour Coordinator
  • Technical Expertise is a plus, with an ability to understand job and project specifics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will be required to travel and work at any of the company’s premises and to visit other company premises as necessary for business trips within and outside India in the course of your duties
  • Graduate in any discipline
