Short Description HRBP 4 to 6 years Pune Job Responsibilities Responsibilities Implementation of Employee Engagement programs for the practice Provide businessspecific feedback to the HR team for design and delivery improvement Facilitate Performance Management process and compliance in coordination Talent Management team Attrition control Identify and action on flight risk cases conduct Exit interviews study the exit feedback and trend for the Business Unit and help proactively design retention strategies Implementation of Reward and Recognition Schemes Retention program Responsible for HR Engagement Metrics for the Business Unit Practice and intervene wherever necessary for achievement of the targets Ensure proper implementation of PP Policies Practices in the Business Unit Practices Competencies Required Proficient in employee relations performance management and employee communication Must be able to multitask deal with ambiguity work in a team environment recognize trends and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving dynamic environment Should have experience in HR business partner profile for minimum head count of 1000 people Experience 4 to 6 years Location Pune
