Manager Business OperationsReporting to the Manager Business Operations, you will partner with different Function heads on cross-functional projects to ensure strategic alignment of business goals and improve operational excellence to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be a crucial link between the functions and the leadership.
You will work on a diverse set of problems and challenges from monetization strategy of new products; to work on growth initiatives to improve customer retention;
to partner on go-to-market initiatives and overall sales strategy with Marketing and Sales.Job Responsibilities ¢ Analyze unstructured, ambiguous and complex challenges facing the organization making judicious use of qualitative and quantitative data;
gather insights, define problems and identify underlying opportunities ¢ Make compelling recommendations; develop a tactical plan to execute and translate them into results ¢ Assist leadership team with business planning and products roadmap ¢ Lead initiatives to optimize the efforts of function owners on strategic alignment, being analytical driven and day-to-day operational matters if needed ¢ Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects that are of strategic importance and highest priority for the leadership team ¢ Act as a link between co-founders and function owners;
build consensus amongst different stakeholders ¢ Evaluate and track key performance indicators; set a culture of being data-driven across the organizationRequired Qualifications ¢ At least 1-3 years of relevant experience at management consulting firm or investment bank;
or similar BizOps experience in technology domain. ¢ Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills with a solid business sense ¢ Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data ¢ Be able to multi-task, prioritise, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
¢ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills ¢ Background and experience in technology is highly preferred ¢ Experience in SaaS, enterprise software is a plus ¢ MBA from class A institution and IIT or technology qualification will be a strong plus Skills : - Business Development, Client Servicing, Sales, Presales and Salesforce
