Job purpose : MS NAV Enablement :

  • Be execution experts’, transform country capability through provision of high value support and guidance
  • Provide MS NAV training to support both regional / country implementations and to GTH
  • Offer ongoing guidance and consultation to grow SMP and Champion tool knowledge
  • Assist with communication between program team and regions / country teams
  • Monitor country implementation progress vs. plans and update program database
  • Support multi-national client service and the CoE's, particularly in execution of design and develop tasks
  • GCR Transformation :

  • Share experiences across country implementations, raise the bar in terms of quality
  • Analyse country Accounting and Tax cooperation and develop process maps
  • Assess country / regional offshore penetration, offer consultation and guidance to drive take-up
  • Maximise Accounting and Tax interface efficiency, through provision of tool, process or template etc.
  • Review and standardize country deliverables, maximizing quality
  • Support the Sharepoint enablement, through sharing best practices and offering import and reporting support and guidance
  • MS NAV System Support :

  • Enhance collaboration between MS NAV / Sharepoint and with the Client through support and provision of standard reporting templates against client needs
  • Develop simple quick fire report customizations
  • Scope complex report customization, manage relationship and delivery with Technopark in Trevendum
  • Build data import templates and assist client teams to communicate import file requirements to client
  • Configure automated test scripts and undertake system enhancement, localised DB and language testing
  • Report MS NAV system usage statistics (Company creations / system usage)
  • Others :

  • Work closely in team to carry out the day to day activities of providing high value support and guidance to country / regional team and meet the daily / Weekly / monthly objectives
  • Assist with communication between program team and regions / country teams
  • Support the IT enablement
  • Demonstrate business acumen’ and to be able to identify and challenge in-efficient practices
  • Adherence to the Service Charter / SLA’s
  • Review of work done by associates
  • Act according to team interest
  • Handle escalations
  • Technical skills requirements :

  • Excellent written communication skills and good oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (power point, excel; Should have sound knowledge of excel macro)
  • Other Requirements :

  • Confident and Self motivating attitude
  • Capable of managing relationships with countries and regional contacts
  • Prepare operational reports
