Responsible for Gathering and Consolidating of System requirement through Azure Board
Prioritization and Planning of Deliveries as per strategic business objectives.
Preparation of End to End System Architecture to deliver the business requirements
Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication within various delivery teams for Technical design and tracking of delivery schedule.
Dealing with Business team & Sr. Management for regular updates on software updates and scheduled deliveries.
Implementation of Standard Process / Practices to manage system development and support.
Implementation of Standard Process / Practices to manage communication with business and delivery teams.
To ensure closer of all relevant tasks with artifacts availability on Azure board.
Actively Participation in evaluation of new products
Time bound R&D and solution deliveries
Manage teams (both internal and external) / projects within given cost and time
Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum qualification required is MBA from reputed institution (Finance / Information Technology)
Should have 9+ years of relevant experience.
Should have experience in implementation of Software Development Projects.
Require basic knowledge of NodeJS / Angular JS / .Net / Java
Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues
Require knowledge on SQL / Oracle, PLSQL, PostgreSQL technologies
Should be Self-starter, Self-learner
Knowledge of various Software Implementation methods like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum
Knowledge of DevOps will be preferable
Passion to learn and work on any technology
Require good written and spoken communication skills in English.
