RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) mid to high-complexity custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to one month
Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment
Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and services
Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming and Sales), and vendors (such as translators, etc.)
Tasks may include : Testing online survey linksSamplingSetting-up and monitoring reports to evaluate key project metricsEnsuring quality measures are followedUpdating clients regularly on project progressEnsuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and / or escalates project challenges in a timely manner
Effectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team
Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Account or Project Management experience is beneficial
Experience in market research strongly desired
Experience in a customer service environment desired
Post-secondary education preferred
