As Project Manager, you will be part of EMR&CM - Remote Implementation Team and will work on managing the multiple projects cutting across all products of the business.

The focus of this role is for working with various stakeholders including market team and R&D for delivering the solution in customer environment along with sharing the detailed update for executive teams.

This is in line with our goal which is to ensure that our customers can deliver excellent care to their patients at any time

You are responsible for

  • Confirming & using the project objectives and customer success criteria, formulates the project plan, in consultation with project team members and other stakeholders concerned on base of the customer contract
  • Collects inputs from project team members and sub-plans, such as integration plans, clinical consulting plans, etc., and integrates them into an overarching solution project plan
  • Planning, leading and tracking well defined, small projects; prescribed execution; focus on implementation and handover
  • Organizes the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes
  • Compliance of project management and solution delivery business processes, such as timewriting, continuous S&OP, etc.
  • Using various inputs, including input from project team members to define the risks of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks
  • Is responsible for driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R / H&S) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project
  • Communicates with and manages stakeholders
  • Ensure relevant reports (relating to progress, etc.) are produced
  • Ensure all issues are being managed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet its target(s) or constraints
  • Provide forecast for projects, for ensuring changes to the forecast are reported & flagged
  • Execute lessons learned meetings after project completions and convert those lessons into knowledge articles, training content or other actions of improvement
  • Responsible for the execution, progress and quality of the project

    Philips EMR&CM Remote Implementation Team develops & delivers software solutions to manage clinical and operational workflows for healthcare customers across several countries.

    These solutions include Electronic Medical Records (primary & tertiary care), Hospital Information Systems, Hospital ERP, Command Center & Analytics for Hospitals, Intensive Care Unit systems, Telehealth, and interoperability systems & services.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • People from Healthcare background will be given preference
  • Minimum of 8+ years work experience and 2+ in Project Management
  • Proven experience in meeting commitments and / or serving a leadership role within project execution
  • Able to demonstrate strong written communication skills.
  • Good organization skills for high-paced environment
  • Hands on with Project Management methodology (PMP)
  • Hands on with Project Management tools i.e. Planner, MPP, WBS, Excel
  • Self-motivated and team player
