HR Business Partner Develop manage implementing and integrating HR programs and guidelines for the business in support of organizational objectives Drive group level initiatives for the Business Unit Responsible for HR Metrics and analysis Support employee engagement initiatives by partnering with relevant BU SPOCs Responsible for Strategic facilitation Key Initiatives Lead the development and implementation of key HR initiative for the Business Unit Some of the initiative are as follows Rewards and recognition Service Line support Incentive Program Critical Risk Mapping of Resources Manage development program for various levels Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required Strong consulting and analytical skills are essential Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization A commitment to strategic business partnerships is a must Must be able to multi task deal with ambiguity work in a team environment recognize trends and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving and dynamic environment
