Job Description

Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager

1. Hire, train, and supervise outlet employees

2. Ensure appropriate staffing

3. Create staff schedules

4. Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards

5. Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as


6. Address customer needs, comments, and complaints

7. Maintain all relevant records needed at the outlet

8. Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel

9. All other duties as assigned by the management
