Major Responsibilities

  • Meeting patients and doctors at assigned hospitals to sell Portea Services.
  • Ensure 100% target achievement within given timelines.
  • Needs to plan and forecast the sales target and numbers monthly / quarterly and yearly.
  • Owns and manages performance of team members assigned directly / indirectly.
  • Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base.
  • Provide and promote new business ideas and initiatives to improve the overall business of the account.
  • Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within the Hospital.
  • Support and work jointly with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of the leads.
  • Interact with customers on a regular basis, to collect feedback and improve the quality of the service being provided.
  • Share dashboards and reports pertaining to the sales numbers on a regular basis.
  • Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience is a must.
