The Catering Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the catering according to BBKs operational standards. He manages the overall satisfaction of the guest in event and a majority of the time is spent leading the team to meet customer expectations, generating lead for revenues and ensure profitability.
He should be creative in planning event / industrial catering sales programs to leverage business opportunities and must create a competitive spirit and atmosphere of pride.
