Job Duties will include -

  • Must have know how and experience of working on Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • JIRA experience will be a added advantage
  • Strong expertise and knowledge of Excel (including formatting of tables)
  • Social Media Know how
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Should be comfortable working in the US Shift
