Job Description
Application availability and maintenance, Handling vulnerabilities at application level
Investigate and resolve identified issues with Informatica PIM, Integrated PIM Data Quality, Media Manager, and processing (Must to have)
Experience in Informatica Power Center, IDQ, PIM administration (nice to have)
Determine root cause, advise on fix / resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and Test
Resolution of import and export job failures, Investigate and resolve integration issues in the imports, exports and internal PIM processing for data feeds
Code deployments
Handle any platform issues
Monitoring health of PIM application and database servers
Coordination with Informatica Global Customer Support
Test and deploy Informatica PIM patches across environments
Application upgrades / patches / EBFs / Service packs
Patch updates at server level during weekends
Assist in the triage, estimation, and resolution of reported bug / defects within the Informatica PIM production configuration
Investigation and resolution of configuration impacting the design and documented behavior
Determine the root cause, advise on fix / resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and unit test in DEV, and ensure successful testing of changes in QA environments
Execute deployments into all environments
On-call support for P1 issues
