Job Description.
Knowledge of Cisco Nexus, WAN, MPLS, ILL management
Experience on Troubleshooting Network faults firewall / Router / Switches and Array LB, Basic WAF -Web application firewall and MPLS link
Documentation, Network diagram and updates on the tickets.
Responsible to resolve the fault in the work stack within the agreed SLA.
Escalate to Vendor for assistance in case issue is not resolved within predefined timelines.
Able to take ownership of an issue and complete to resolution.
Installation and troubleshooting experience with most of the following :
i) Citrix LB - Netscaler experience to include Load Balancing.
Ii) Array Loadbalancer
ii) WAF (Web Application firewall) configuration gateway
ii) Fortigate firewall
Capable of handling over all DC / DR operations and Network Knowledge
Educational & Certification mandatory
Graduate and Cisco or Fortinet Certificate
