Sales Executive Duties & Responsibilities-
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations using online Portal.
Maintain contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects & encourage the Client to Speak to his / her family & relatives if they are interested to buy a flat.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the Project.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
Investigate clients' financial and credit status in order to determine eligibility for financing.
Should have thorough knowledge on the different financing options.
Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
