Description

As a part of the Nordic COO Office (an in-house consultancy team), you will act as agile coach who is responsible for creating and improving these agile processes within our project teams.

And you can also directly act as agile consultant to help our internal client’s business units to transition their ways from existing work practices to infusing a real agile understanding from the top-down.

You will coach, mentor and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific project and business challenges.

You will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better services or assets in a faster, more efficient manner.

You will be a part of the Nordic COO Office team in EY. Led by the Nordic COO, this team drives the strategic agenda for EY in the Nordics, working to continuously raise the bar to ensure profitable growth and empower EY to win in the market.

This means you will be working on projects across various functional domains to solve key challenges and identify ways for improving our Nordic business.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications

Essential skills

  • Experience in managing agile transformation programs
  • Experience in managing agile projects and personal accountability for delivering projects
  • Expertise in Scrum Master roles and Agile methodologies (scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
  • Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust and delivering on promises
  • Skills to manage one or more agile teams / projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques (Kanban, velocity charts, control charts, burn-down metrics etc)
  • Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills including negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
  • Desired technical skills

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or in related discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Coach / agile transformation consultant in a multinational environment
  • Has a driving attitude and has demonstrated experience in leading transformation projects
  • Good experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams
  • Certified Agile Coach and / or SAFe-certification
  • Other requirements

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
